5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–12 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), delivery may take slightly longer (3–4 additional business days).

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these timeframes. Once an order is processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Once the package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or delay passes to the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays or carrier errors beyond our control.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We proudly offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please contact us within 60 days for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations: Once your order has been processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded until after delivery. This policy ensures accurate fulfillment and prevents fraudulent or premature chargebacks.

Filing a chargeback before your order is delivered violates these Terms. All documentation will be provided to the payment processor in such cases.
