🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

At GlowSketch™, we stand behind our products with a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you — fast and hassle-free.

We always strive for complete satisfaction, but as a small creative brand we also need fair policies to prevent misuse of the guarantee. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded until delivery has occurred.

✅ Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Requests must be made within 60 days of delivery (not the order date).
  • A clear photo of the product and the outer shipping label is required for verification.

Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Unapproved or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

📏 Sizes & Product Variations

All product dimensions and details are clearly displayed on each product page, including real images and videos showing size and function. Because we provide accurate size charts and product visuals:

  • Refunds will not be issued for size preferences, misunderstandings of dimensions, or subjective quality expectations once the correct item has been shipped as described.
  • If an incorrect size or product was sent due to our fulfillment error, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Items that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery (not due to transit or fulfillment error)

⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–12 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), fulfillment may experience a brief delay of 3–4 business days.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these processing and shipping timelines. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded until after delivery. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or peak-season holiday volume.

🎄 Holiday Delivery Notice: Due to high seasonal volume, Christmas delivery is not guaranteed. Orders that arrive after Christmas but within the normal delivery window are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes.

🛑 Cancellation Policy

Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, all sales become final once an order enters processing or has been submitted to our warehouse.

Customers may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order, but approval is not guaranteed.

Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped:

👉 It cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified until it is delivered.
👉 This includes changes to size, address, color, or quantity.

This policy prevents warehouse disruptions and ensures fair, efficient service for all customers.

💳 Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before the delivery timeframe or refund process is completed violates our Terms & Conditions. If a dispute is filed prematurely, we will submit order documentation (order confirmations, fulfillment records, tracking, and communications) to the payment processor or bank for review.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
