At GlowSketch™, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. All orders include FREE Express Shipping worldwide.

🚀 Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–12 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods (such as holiday seasons or promotional sales), please allow an additional 3–4 business days for processing.

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

• USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand: 5–12 business days (after dispatch)
• Rest of World: 10–18 business days (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier schedules.

Holiday Season Notice: During November–December, carriers experience significant seasonal delays. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, including for Christmas. Orders that are still in transit or delayed by the courier are not eligible for refunds.

📦 Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
